Sea Point Rotary Recognises the Sea Point Fire-fighters2009/11/15 Members from the Sea Point Rotary Club joined the Fire-Fighters of the Sea Point Fire Station on Wednesday 11th November and presented them with a gas-braai in acknowledgment of the Fire-Fighters who show such dedication to their work and to the residents of our community. The President of the Sea Point Rotary Club Gavin Schachat said: "Today we get together to recognise your commitment. Fire Fighters are essential for a sustainable and safe community and you brave men and women take on that enormous responsibility and risk in your endeavour to protect people and property from fire.
